1. Exercise and never skip breakfast: Yoga is one of the most popular forms of exercise   its not a fad, its true, honest and not only cleanses your mind but your soul too,  if not that 20 minutes brisk walk is good, climbing up stairs is good option.
Never skip your breakfast,  most important meal of the day.  If you don’t give fuel to your body probably you start getting irritated and angry. So whatever little try eating what you like but never skip your breakfast.
2. Passion: In this daily routine and regular household chores do not forget your passion,  everybody has a passion,  you just have to follow it. In this period of covid 19 when all the couses are offered in half prices,  just grab the opportunity and follow your passion.
3. You are unique,  you are awesome: Believe in yourself,  believe in your dreams, when you take decisions only two things happen,  either right then many congratulations,  and if wrong just rectify your mistakes,  come back stronger. You are in no competition with anyone,  you are competing with yourself. Keep growing.
4. Your natural beauty: You are beautiful,  the way you are,don’t worry of those dark circles and pigmentation marks on your face, its alright,  your beauty is inside,  don’t worry of those stretch marks on stomach,  the ones we get during pregnancy,  I always believe only tigress have stretch marks and your nothing less than a tigress.
