Having a healthy beautiful and fit body requires lots of effort and patience. Having patience in this journey is very important because the process is very slow and you may run out of patience but don’t do that, keep going and keep working hard.

I personally know many young girls and not so young women who have shown great results when it comes to getting in shape before the pageant.
Having a plan in place is of utmost importance. To set a target weight loss will help you keep motivated throughout the journey.
A good dietitian can be a great combination for this weight loss program. Tell her your requirements and the reason for the weight loss and she will help you with right food to be eaten at the right time.
Personal trainer at the gym can be a great addition to this journey but if you don’t wish to spend more than just go for a run in the mornings. Do some basic exercises, yoga once in a week with this would help you to stay calm and focused.
