Every morning when you wake up look into the mirror and Practice your introduction a minimum of 5 times.
  2. Clear speech: Every word that you say in your introduction has to be crystal clear.  Every word must be heard with great attention and interest by the audience. This is the time you must stand out and show how confident you are.
  3. Time limit: The usual practice for the time limit is,  State: 30 seconds Nationals: 1 minute.  Once you start keep these tips in mind.

4. It’s not what you say but how you say: It’s very important to work on your voice modulation when it comes to introduction at the pageant. More than what you say, how you say,  how effective is your connection with judges and audience will help you clear your first important round of the pageant.

5. Great way to start: A great way to start your introduction is by first writing it down on paper,  get all your ideas out there. Decide on what you want to say and how you want to say it. Then practice in front of family and friends who will tell you your mistakes, if there are any. This will help you to get familiar to speak in front of people.
