Color of lipsticks at the pageant is very important, starting from your audition to finale of the pageant.
In my opinion you should try as many colors as possible, from brown to purple to pink to the reds. All look amazing and have their own importance.
Red is one color that’s bold and beautiful, if you think you are a red person then don’t hesitate and go ahead. Red is one color that looks amazing in the pictures, photographers love red on lips as pictures come out best.
Auditions can always have nude color or some pink that looks nice but a big no no to dark colors at the auditions, that’s the place you have to make your first impression and auditions is not the place for any dark colors of lipsticks.
Once you are at the pageant, for all grooming sessions you can wear nude color or shades of brown n orange depending on what you are wearing, save red for best time, like the finale or photoshoot.
Audience loves this beautiful woman on the stage and red has done its magic, so go ahead and wear red at all best times.
Decide on your lip color much before auditions and pageant so that there’s no last minute mistake. Look different with purple too, that’s again a nice color but red has it’s own importance.
I envy people who wear red on their lips and pull it off so well because I really take time with red. Though I love it but still hesitant at times.
